Not only does the Brisbane Gang Show feature over 100 incredible cast members lighting up the stage, but it also relies on an amazing team of support and technical wizards to make the magic happen!
If you’re passionate, creative, or eager to get involved, there’s a role for you. All support members must hold a valid Queensland Working with Child Check (Blue Card) and be a current and financial member with Scouts Queensland or Girl Guides Queensland. Some leadership roles within Brisbane Gang Show requires certain adult leader training, such as a Certificate of Proficiency or Woodbadge. For more information, please reach out to the BGS Producer.
All support team members of Brisbane Gang Show are required to pay a $25 support fee before your involvement and application can be accepted. Your support fee covers the Final Night Dinner, 2027 BGS Badge and Show Programme.

Applications are now open for our 2027 Support Team. Whether you’re interested in production, technical theatre, backstage, front of house, marketing, wardrobe, sound, lighting, catering or one of our many other teams, there’s a place for you.

Here’s your chance to join one of these dynamic teams:
- Executive (Organisational Leadership): Help lead the Gang and ensure the show runs smoothly.
- Youth Program: Work directly with our cast and help shape their Gang Show experience.
- Administration: Keep everything organised, from records and communications to essential administration.
- Backstage / Set Construction: Build the world of Gang Show and make the magic happen backstage.
- Creative: Develop the creative vision and unforgettable content of the show.
- Catering – Primrose: Keep our cast and crew fuelled throughout the season.
- Lighting: Bring the stage to life and create the perfect atmosphere for every performance.
- Makeup & Wigs: Help transform our cast into the characters they portray.
- Orchestra: Bring the music to life and provide the heartbeat of the show.
- Small Props: Add the details that help bring each scene to life.
- Sound: Ensure every word, note and musical moment reaches the audience.
- Security & Car Parking: Help keep our venue safe and ensure patrons have a smooth experience.
- Video: Capture the action and create the visual magic of Gang Show.
- Wardrobe: Help create and maintain the costumes that make our cast shine.
- Workplace Health & Safety: Help ensure everyone has a safe and positive Gang Show experience.
Being part of the Brisbane Gang Show Support Team is an exciting commitment, but it also comes with responsibilities and expectations.
